Ready to pan ravioli
Gyoza come from China and have become very popular in Japan. These delicious crescent-shaped ravioli are stuffed with tasty preparations, such as this mixture of chicken and vegetables.
In the pan
Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Place the Gyoza in the pan using your hands and let them roast on one side for 2 minutes. Then pour about 4 tablespoons of water, place a lid over the pan and boil for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and boil for 1 more minute until the water evaporates. Enjoy!
In the steam basket
Remove the Gyosa from their package and place them in an oiled steamer. Let the basket warm over a saucepan filled with boiling water for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
